| I felt I really needed to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the quality and timeliness of your work.
When I first met you, it was on the recommendation of my employer. If you remember, the A/C unit in my upstairs attic had completely shut down and was rusted out. I had received one quote for the replacement of the air handler and the compressor outside, but it was so high it was not even up for consideration. To make matters worse, the repairman was not willing to haul off the old unit. And I mean he wasn’t even willing to remove it from the house, much less carry it downstairs. Well, you came out the same day I called you. Your price was very reasonable, and immediately upon meeting you, I knew I would have no problem trusting you to be alone in my house for the repair. So we agreed you would take care of the job the next day. I was quite anxious to get home and see how everything looked and feel cool air again, as it was the middle of summer and we had been sleeping on the floor in the downstairs living room. (It didn’t take me long to remember from my elementary school science that heat travels upwards!) When I walked in the house I was at first extremely disappointed because it seemed as if you had not even been there. I was bummed! Then I felt the cool breeze drifting down from upstairs. Not only had you been there, you had completely replaced the unit, removed the old unit, cleaned up so well that no one could tell you had been there and left our home in pristine manner. All for a most reasonable price. Needless to say you are the only A/C company I will ever call for any purpose, be it home or the medical office I manage. You are also the only company I will ever recommend to anyone. At one point, the physician I work for needed some after hours work done in a hurry. He called and asked for your number and I was so proud when you took care of his needs immediately. Now even he doesn’t call anyone else for any A/C work. You and your company are to be commended. You provide the quality of service those of us growing up in the 50’s came to expect. Thank you. |
